Today we’re wrapping up the year sharing the practices, choices, and attitudes that worked for us in 2024—and, equally important—what didn’t. The good stuff: investing in experiences, batching work, getting matching tattoos with your BFF, eating all the protein, and (well, for Katie) perfecting the art of the DIY cold plunge. The not-so-good stuff: Ashlee’s wardrobe, Katie’s hair, overcommitting the kids, and sleep (or, ugh, lack thereof). We hope our reflections encourage you to think about what you’d like to carry into 2025 and what you’d like to leave behind.
